| I am Chancellor James Wilary. I am here to represent the People's reformed States Republic (until recently, the Royal reformed States of America) as the Minister of the People's reformed Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I would prefer to be referred to as: "Chancellor", "Minister", "James Wilary" or you all have my full permission to just call me "James". Anyone caught calling me "Mister Wilary" is going to make me very unhappy. Also, don't call me "Sir" because I am not the Prime Minister. Besides that, "Hello" and we are glad to meet you all.  | |
